GENERAL QUESTIONS


+ Why choose Samantha Holland, RN for your aesthetic needs including dermal fillers and Botox Cosmetics?

I specialize in dermal fillers and neuromodulators – like Botox Cosmetics. I take a holistic approach to your needs. My top priority is to take your aesthetic goals and provide you with treatments that will target your areas of concern while providing results that keep people guessing why you’re aging in reverse!

My process is designed to help you achieve your desired results while feeling comfortable and confident!

+ I’m pregnant, is it safe to get treatment?

No, you can not be pregnant or breastfeeding if you're getting injectable treatments. I would love to see you once you have completed your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey.

+ Do injections hurt?

Treatment for Botox Cosmetics utilizes a very small needle and pain is minimal, if any. A topical anesthetic is applied before any dermal filler procedure to help with any pain and discomfort. Different distraction tools are also used to help the treatment be as comfortable as possible!

Absolutely, 15-minute free consultations are available and can be reserved at any of our locations, here.

+ How can I book an appointment?

I serve Flagstaff, AZ and Gilbert, AZ. To book online, you can select your preferred location, here.

If you are unsure about which treatments you need and/or want, please schedule a 15-minute free consultation to discuss the best options for you!

+ Can I book a consultation and be treated that same day?

Yes, my goal is that you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. Once we have completed your consultation, if you are ready for treatment I can complete it.

+ What is your Cancellation Policy?

$50 will be charged for any no show, or cancellation made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.

+ Can I bring my child(ren)/guest(s) to the appointment with me?

No, children and/or guests, are not allowed in the treatment room.

+ Which food, drinks or medication should I avoid prior to treatment?

Avoid any supplements or medications that can risk blood thinning. Also avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please review the pre-treatment instructions here for a full list of items.

+ What should I do before my appointment for neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport or Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Versa or Belotero)?

SERVICES


+ When should I expect to see the results of my Botox, Dysport or Xeomin treatment?

Allow two weeks for all results to settle completely. While you may start seeing results before two weeks, it is important to allow for everything to set in entirely before a follow-up appointment is made.

+ If I do not see the desired results from my Botox, Dysport or Xeomin treatment after two weeks, what should I do?

If there are any areas that need a touch up after two weeks, please reach out to the office to schedule a follow up appointment. Follow up appointments made after four weeks will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

+ What are the after care instructions for neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport or Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Versa or Belotero)?

+ When should I expect to see the results of my dermal filler treatment?

Dermal filler results are visible immediately after injections. Swelling and bruising can also be apparent after treatment, so it is important to allow two weeks after treatment to see final results.

+ How long does Kybella last?

Kybella is a permanent solution to fat under the chin also known as submental fullness. This is a permanent solution and fat will only return if you were to gain weight.

Yes, both Brilliant Distinctions and ASPIRE Galderma rewards are accepted! Patients are encouraged to sign up for these programs prior to coming to their appointment.
